Terms and Conditions

All rents for holiday and short term rentals are to be paid in advance. For apartments 50% on booking and 50% two weeks beofre arrival. For villas 50% on booking and 50% one month before arrival.

A security deposit is required during your stay which will be reurned upon departure as long as there are no damages to the property.

In trying to maintain a very high standard of properties, we are very selective with the properties we take on our books.

We are always looking for good quality villas for holiday or long term rentals in the area from Elviria to Sotogrande.
With regards to apartments we are looking for high quality beachside apartments, especially on the Golden Mile or Puerto Banus. Three and for bedroom apartments in this location are very interesting.
