The villa is located in the area of Atalaya, Guadalmina Baja approximately 6kms west of Puerto Banus and 12kms west of Marbella. The centre of Guadalmina and the town of San Pedro are between 5 and 10 minutes drive. The main airport is Malaga which is approximately 50 minutes drive. Other airports in the area are Gibraltar and Sevilla. (40 mins and 100 mins drive approximately) The villa is located approximately 500 metres from the beach.

Nearby Facilities. Atalaya Park Hotel - 500 metres. A 4 star hotel located on the beach with bars, restaurants, water sports (jet ski, windsurf etc) and children's club. The Fig Tree restaurant is 2 minutes walk. Mixed menu and also children's menu. There are various other bars and restaurants (Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Indian) within 15 minutes walk.

There are numerous golf courses within 15 minutes drive, the nearest being the Atalaya Park (2 courses) and the Guadalmina course (2 courses) both less than 10 minutes drive. Horse riding facilities are 15 minutes drive. Yacht charter is available in Puerto Banus(15 minutes) and Estepona(20 minutes)

There is a local shop and pharmacy within 5 minutes walk. The shop sells bread, milk etc.

Guadalmina shopping centre is 5 minutes drive and has a good supermarket, banks, newsagents, medical centre, clothes and furniture shops and hair and beauty salons. It also has various restaurants and bars.

There are extensive terraced areas both covered and open which are suitable for dining, relaxing and sunbathing.
